Through this collaboration, Carly has played a pivotal role in creating pathways for apprentices and work experience students.
By offering hands-on learning, industry insights, and mentorship, she ensures that young people gain the skills and confidence needed to thrive in the workplace.

Carly, who has been with Halfords for 11 years, recently delivered an inspiring presentation to Level 2 learners, showcasing the diverse career opportunities available within the company.
During the session, she also introduced Halfords’ upcoming work experience programme, designed to provide students with practical, hands-on industry exposure and a stepping stone into the automotive sector.
