Holistic assessment refers to a global approach in the assessment of a student-learning outcome. According to Sadler (2009), in holistic assessment the teacher or the assessor has to develop complex mental responses to a student’s work

Collaborative team planning.
How can effectively encourage team to co-construct curriculums? The need to embed this throughput the academic year. Sharing best practice between different subjects, what can we learn from good teachers in different subjects.

Project based options.
Multidisciplinary project-based work to explore opportunities to work on new assessment, teaching and panning ideas. How can we make students engaged by project-based learning based on professional environments?

Planning backwards.
When sequencing learning might the impact be greater to plan backwards to work towards the end point at the start? Can we think of vocational subjects where the end element could important for planning backwards?

Student experience.
The importance of gaining and evaluating the student voice to aid and develop curriculum design. What is the best way to approach student voice and disseminate the views of students?
