Course Information for Students

This course is ideal for learners who wish to increase their awareness and understanding of bullying, including how to recognise when bullying is
taking place, taking action to stop bullying and the legislation surrounding bullying.

You will need to be aged 19 or over. (Free* if aged 19 or over)

This course is split into four manageable units:
Unit 1: Principles of bullying
Unit 2: Recognising bullying in children and young people
Unit 3: Action to be taken when a child or young person is being bullied
Unit 4: Understanding government guidelines about bullying

You will learn via distance learning on our interactive platform and will have a designated tutor to support you throughout the programme.

You will need access to a laptop.

You will be assessed via our online platform.

You could progress to another free qualification such as the:

  • Level 1 Award in Mental Health Awareness
  • Level 2 Certificate in Information, Advice or Guidance 
  • Level 2 Certificate in Living in a Fair and Diverse Society 
  • Level 2 Certificate in Principles of Business Administration
