Course Information for Students

This course is for anyone who is interested in finding out a bit more about upcycling and the environmental impact of waste materials.  You can find out whether craft making is for you.

There are no entry requirements.  You will need a willingness to work both in groups and independently.

You will learn upcycling techniques, develop your environmental awareness and hone your craft skills. You will also take part in creative project planning.

You will learn in practical sessions and by participating in classroom activities.

All materials are provided.  However, if you wish to use your own materials, the teacher will advise you.

There isn’t an exam. You are assessed through practical activities and will be given helpful feedback.

If you feel upcycling is for you, you can enrol on our Level 1 Award in Creative Craft.
