This is a four-hour course showing you how to maintain and use a chainsaw correctly and safely.

Who is this course for?
The course is aimed at anyone who uses a chainsaw.
Entry Requirements
- Full Personal Protective Equipment such as chainsaw-approved helmet, trousers, gloves and boots
- A chainsaw will be provided but you can bring your own if approved
- Ability to use a chainsaw
What will you learn?
You will cover basic maintenance including sharpening, safe-start and cross cutting.
How will you learn?
This is a practical course delivered on-site.
What will you need to bring with you?
You will need to obtain relevant PPE. Bring your enthusiasm too!

There are no assessments.
