Who is this course for?
The course will mainly be practical based but will include some theory to consolidate your learning in the subject.
This course is aimed at learners wishing to have an introduction to the construction and techniques for creating commercially viable designs suitable for various religious occasions.
Entry Requirements
There is no formal entry requirement. A keen interest in floristry and a creative mind would be an advantage, but is not essential.

The course will cover:
- Design, colours used, styles and techniques
- Construction methods
- Packaging and transportation
- Identification and care of materials
- Costing
How will you learn?
The course is delivered on-site at Broomfield Hall.
What will you need to bring with you?
You will be required to supply your own:
- Flowers, foliage and sundry items
- Writing materials
- Scissors or secateurs
- Apron
How will you be assessed?
There are no formal assessments to complete. However, producing a portfolio to document your progression and development in the subject is your choice.
