We are looking to recruit an apprentice Surveyor to work in our Maintenance Teams. You will learn a range of skills and gain a great deal of on the job experience throughout your apprenticeship. You will be expected to attend college and achieve a Level 3 Construction Support Technician.

What will the apprentice be doing?
- Undertake a period of training to acquire the skills to inspect properties for all kinds of maintenance works
- Work within various Repair & Investment teams and produce inspection reports and maintain accurate records of surveys
- Gain an understanding of and assist in the procurement of contracts
- Help prepare specifications and schedules
- Work with internal and external contractors
- Assist with ensuring that work conforms to specification & regulation
- Complete a weekly timesheet and other paperwork
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
There is no guarantee of a permanent position at the end of the Apprenticeship however opportunities and vacancies will arise which Apprentices can apply for.
