What will the apprentice be doing?
- Support the Head of office team with all admin duties including arranging meetings, arranging refreshments and booking transport as required.
- To provide efficient and effective administration as and when required.
- Support with recruitment and induction for the central team.
- Support with arranging centrally organised staff events.
- Undertaking activities to support the smooth running of the central office including greeting visitors, answering calls, arranging supplies and any other duties deemed necessary.
- Manage arrivals and hospitality for the central team.
- Updating the website as and when required.
- To proactively seek personal development opportunities and attend training agreed and recommended by your line manager.
- Undertake any appropriate administrative or clerical work including date entry, filing, photocopying, diary management and mail distribution.
- Undertake any other appropriate work as directed by the office manager.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- Apprentices will work towards achieving a Level 3 Business administrator apprenticeship standard.
- This apprenticeship will be delivered in the workplace. Training schedule has yet to be agreed. Details will be made available at a later date.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
- After completion of apprenticeship it is hoped to develop into a full time position
