Dedicated Stephanie Davis, 47, switched direction after 20 years and joined Derby's Royal School for the Deaf as a residential worker in 2008. Now she has gained a string of qualifications, passing Functional Maths at Level 1 and 2 and Functional English at Level 1, as well gaining NVQs in working with children in a residential setting and as a teaching assistant.
