This relaxed and informative workshop includes a basic introduction to gluten-free flours and dairy-free alternative baking.
This session will help you to understand different flour blends and which dairy alternatives are available. We will cover alternative techniques to enable you to make crumble-free soft breads, delicious sponge cakes, biscuits and tender flaky pastry.
You need to be aged 19+ but there are no
formal entry requirements for this experience.

All equipment and ingredients will be provided and are included in the sum you have paid.
Please note: the kitchen we use is not a closed nut or gluten free environment. As such, the equipment used cannot be guaranteed to be gluten, dairy or nut free. There will also be nuts used within some of the recipes on these courses. You can contact us for further information.
