Course Summary

This course identifies your preferred communication style and explores how this can be adapted when communicating with others who may have their own preferred communication styles.

By using certain tools and techniques, you will be able to think about the perceptions you create while communicating face to face, via telephone or through email and how they may be perceived within the workplace. You will also investigate observable behaviours and thinking patterns, gaining an understanding of how these may affect the efficiency of  communication.
