Validated by Highfield Awarding Body of Compliance (HABC), this qualification is designed to ensure that managers are aware of their role in the establishment of food safety procedures at all stages of food preparation and service, together with the importance of their role in the management of food handlers in a food safety environment.

With suitable teaching/training qualifications, this course will also enable candidates to apply for tutor status to deliver the Level 2 Award in Food Safety.
