This workshop will teach you how to make perfect macarons, just like those you would find in a Parisian patisserie!
From the meringue to the filling, you will learn how to create the perfect macron which is crunchy on the outside and soft inside.
You should be aged 19+
but there are no formal entry requirements for this experience.
Our Head Chef will guide and support you in making a variety of macarons using an array of ingredients and flavours, ready for you to box up and take home with you – that’s if you can resist eating them all first!
There are no assessment criteria - just observe, have a go and enjoy!
Soft refreshments are included.
You don’t have to bring anything except yourself. All equipment and ingredients will be provided and are inclusive of the rate you have paid.
